Critics' Take
Critics like the sub-1 kg Ceraluminum chassis, the much faster Snapdragon X2 Elite CPU and battery life that runs well past a full day. The 60Hz 1920x1200 OLED panel draws repeated complaints. Reviewers also say the price rise over last year's model is hard to justify, and that the cheaper 2025 Zenbook A14 remains tempting.
What critics loved
- Very light chassis of about 990 g
- Big CPU gain from Snapdragon X2 Elite
- Excellent battery life from the 70 Wh cell
- Good port selection with USB-A and HDMI
Common gripes
- Display is limited to 60Hz
- 1920x1200 resolution feels low for the price
- Costs notably more than the 2025 model
- Windows on Arm can still be finicky with some apps
- Soldered RAM and PWM flicker on the OLED
